WHAT IF I SEND YOU AN EMAIL?
We may keep a copy of any correspondence from you until your orders are fulfilled or as a training device. All personal information will be removed prior to this.

HOW ELSE WILL YOU USE MY INFORMATION?
If your order cannot be shipped because some products are out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone if we do not hear from you. If your order does not contain enough information (e.g. adequate address details) for us to complese your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
